I think working experience is more important than education.
Firstly,nowdays,more and more companies would like to introduce the one who has working experiences rather than the one who just graduated from the school.Our company is one of the examples.The first point we ask for is that we need the experienced people while the education level is put on the second place in the worker inquirements.It is known to us that the experienced worker will make the deals easier and faster.
Not all the experienced workers have received a highest education.A person have abundant of experiences on his working frontier by accumulate from his daily work while a high educationed person may be can not have the experiences.But a experienced people must be more useful.If a teacher who have studied for many years and acknowledged many studies,but he doesn't have the experiences of teaching,he won't be a good teacher for the students.
Secondly,do you still remember what we have learnt in the philosophy classes that the knowledge is come from the practice?According to this,we have to pay more attention on practicing.We show and text what we have learnt from practice and we get the experiences in the process.Without practice,what we have learnt is useless indeed.So a high education is useless in the reality work without paracitice.
I,as a true example.I haven't received the high education,but i'm working and accumulate the knowledge from my daily work and improve myself day by day.Four years latter,when all my senior classmates who are studying in the universities will have graduated,i'll have received so many working experiences that i won't be afraid of lossing my job at that time,maybe my condition will be better than some of them.
Lastly,when a person who have been a experienced worker,he/she will find out some simple and quiker way for the work and event can have a invention and accelerate the development of the hole frontier and the society.
In a word,i always believe that if we have range the skills of our working,no mater trading,designing,maxing,buiding or any other work,we'll become more and more confident and will have a bright future.
